Either A or B.. the sticker clearly tells you the colour coding to use for either A or B.. up to you to decide which you want to use..

And yes, store bought cat5e will be fine..? Why would it not be..?

Unless the keystone jack is specifically cat6 or above..

You CAN use a small flat screwdriver, but a krone tool is preferred.
