It is GOOD. If a CEO cannot deliver, they must go. Its better than the companies where the CEO is doing diddly squat but earning money but has made enough "friends" to keep them in place while the company and its staff suffers. a CEO is not untouchable, if the ship doesn't perform properly you change the captain.
