Sales assistance with internal sales at times
Requirements:
The company requires a hard working dedicated customer relations manager. Our customers range from small office/home office to SME companies.
The successful candidate will need be able to effectively communicate with clients and back office teams to ensure the highest level of service possible is given to clients.
English: read, write and speak
Afrikaans: read, write and speak
Computer literacy with experience in IT sales, marketing and support
Competencies:
High standard of communication
Keep commitments to customers and respond to customers concerns with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Ensure efficient co-ordination of activities in order to meet objectives
Manage time efficiently in order to achieve daily targets and deadlines
Self-motivation
