CRM package & contact sync

I am looking for a web based CRM package. In addition to adding companies, contacts, tasks etc, I also want to be able to automatically sync contacts with my Andriod phone and Mozilla's Thunderbird address book.

I currently use BirdieSync to sync my phone with Thunderbird, but I need to incorporate my CRM package!
