CRM software?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for some pretty decent CRM software, don't mind if it's an application or web based software (as long as it's not PHP because I usually have endless hassles with that crap)

I want to track projects/proposals and client information including tasks. This is for myself though but it would be nice to have it running in an office enviroment so that we could perhaps track hours spent on a specific task (as well as tasks) and then derive time sheets from that to track employee effeciency etc.

I would have posted this under the "Hardware and Software" section but seeing as it's Sunday (our working day and not yours) and I think the best advice would be generated in the off topic section for now.

Get sharepoint services - can do exactly what you need - easy to install / configure / manage / also integrates into AD

Contact a company called Mombaven (I've used them before). They supply a piece of software called either Easy CRM or Simple CRM (I forget which one). I've heard only good things about it, and I don't think it costs very much.

Try enterprise wizard. Reason being this crm is customizable and very easy to operate. Web based and it is based on J2EE platform. You can customize it to track projects/proposals and client information including tasks.
