Cross line on my exchange

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me. Every time telkom comes to my area they cause a cross line problem on my exchange and then i have to phone mweb to fix. Now since the last time this happend i am getting higher pings on Capetown servers and packet losses. Also I would like to upgrade from a 2 meg line to a 10 meg but when i check my number it shows i can only go up to 2 meg. Now what i don't understand is that every one in my area even next door to me it shows on map that they can get up to 10 meg.

Go to the telkom website and log a fault, choose the Crossed lines option, and as for you wanting to upgrade your line it all depends on your line stats which can be found in your router.
