Anyone out there with any experience / feedback wrt CrossLoop software?

Basically P2P session where 2x computer on different networks / subnets can have direct connection to use rdp / vnc connection

Any other software / recommendations?

It's TightVNC in wrapped inside an installer that makes the two machines authenticate (with codes) to a central server, a la MS Messenger; this is what makes it possible for you 'n someone else to find each other. I've got it on a pal's PC and when needed, he signs in and gets a code, I ask him what that code is (over the phone - we're both at our respective homes) that he reads to me, next thing I have his desktop VNC-style and he can sit 'n watch what I do.

Subject to the limitations of VNC (not as efficient as RDP, specially over xDSL-type links), when it's the only tool that you have in a pinch it's a winner.

Crossloop WORKS!

Hi There

Been using Crossloop to provide remote support to lots of my customers. Even over 3G - works perfectly smooth (most of the time).

What is great, is that you need 2 users at the PCs simultaneously - to get an access code. This makes my customer feel more secure, that I wont hack his PC some other time.
