I bought my mother board from Crown Tech. They were very quick and efficient and the mobo was well priced. So I cannot complain.

Nice looking website. Clean. Well laid out. Will keep my eye on this one.

@ LancelotSA, I was trying to find out it Have 2 Have is any good too. Not keen to take unnecessary chances with my credit card details.

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to www.have2have.co.za, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

What Should I Do?

If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Didn't get the same when trying to create an account on CrownTech

Thanks guys.

So someone has used them. The physical address is a little worrying. The one consolation is that I am only spending R200 so not a massive loss if something goe wrong.

Yip, I think it was your thread I responded on saying I had used them. Bought an epilator for the GF and had no issues with the entire process. It took a litte while to deliver, as it was sourced internationally, but was well within the delivery time specified on the product page.

Thank you. H2H has a few things I am interested in, and decent prices. Will give it the plunge.

I have just picked up a slight problem with the Crown Technologies website.....

R565.32 Incl + Delivery at R39.00
=R605.22 Incl VAT

The VAT charged on that is R74.33 but it is included in the Total. I think you forgot about the delivery charge?

So where's the problem? It looks like any other invoice to me.

Aha, ok. Never did the maths. Just saw price, delivery, VAT, total.

That's why we post things on here! ;)

Had a couple dealings with them so far, all good here

Hi guys,

Has anyone used Crown Technologies for online purchases before?

I am looking for some 8Gb MicroSD cards and Google brings them up as one of the cheaper ones out there : http://www.crowntech.co.za/-p-11860.html

I've just never heard of them. Or if anyone knows of any cheaper places feel free to provide input.

Thanks

I have used them and found their service excellent. Delivery was quick (inside 4 days from date of purchase). Goods received in good condition.

I am pretty sure i have seen there sign round the corner from my place. They are in Crown Mines, will check for the signage properly and confirm its the same place tomorrow.

Anyone know what happended to Crown Technologies? Do not seem to be around despite Price Check and Mustek all referring to their existence and links to a website which carries AfriHost's branding all over it.
