Crystal Mobile APN Not Working

I don't like the fact that you can't top up. Mine was working fine I think. But if they cannot get the top-up part working then I am out too.
 
A month after I received the sms stating that the SIM has been activated for Crystalmobile's APN and changed it, data is still being deducted from the Vodacom bundle.

Poor show, CrystalWeb. :(

Also, what purpose does the R1 Data Sale icon serve on the website that just changes colour when you hover on it?

One would think that should link to a page with more information regarding said sale.

Are you like me, who has a phone with a existing vodacom contract, and can add new apn settings, but can't remove the old one?

Yes, on existing Vodacom contract, but I was able to change the APNs just fine. All of them are designated as 'crystalmobile'.

No sign of the Vodacom APNs anywhere. Even got a sms from Vodacom stating that a 'commercial apn' was activated on my account.

Interesting, what phone do you have?
 
Plugged mine in yesterday... also could not delete the old VC APN. Then again I don't have a VC contract - prepaid voice.
 
Just got an invoice from them for april. Guess my cancellation means nothing to them.

They remind me so much of openweb.
 
Same here, sent through a query for cancellation. Will update if i receive any new information.
 
Also cancelled after a month of not working. After all the good things I heard of them this is poor service.
 
Did anybody else perhaps get a random sms from vodacom for a debit order of R120? Just making sure its not related to this.
