crystal web internet access issue

Hi,
Anybody having issue with crystal web internet access since last night?
Line syncs fine and I'm able to connect but i do not have internet access.
I can ping their dns servers but that is all.

Tried to contact support but no luck except email advising that all is ok on their side and that i should restart router.

Help!
