The unshaped portion depends on the speed of the connection you sign up for. Previously it was stated as "between 100GB and 200GB" but "never less than 100GB" (Source). The unshaped portion is up to 400GB, depending on account speed (Source).

It's critically important to note that the shaping, once it kicks in, only affects P2P and large downloads. Browsing, streaming and gaming are never shaped. So, if you schedule your P2P during the 00:00 to 07:00 window, as CW encourages us to do, this account should "feel" the same as a capped account. And it does, in my experience.

Having said all this, the absolute best route is to hop onto live chat with them and discuss your needs. It's very important that you sign up for the correct account for your needs and expectations from the beginning. I think this is one area (amongst others) that CW has really differentiated themselves from the other ISPs - they want to get you on the right package for your needs, rather than get involved in the race to the bottom for pricing.

At R998 p/m for 10MB line, it's not the cheapest ISP out there. On a tight budget , and that is R300 p/m more than I am paying now.

So R998 is only R99 more per month, for a VASTLY superior product, service and above all, honesty and transparency.

Well to be honest, you cannot really compare a uncapped account with a capped account.

Yep, I hardly use more than 50GB p/m, so the capped option worked out cheaper for me. I'm not saying the "M" people are the cheapest. Would like to see what CW can do with capped accounts price wize.
