I can confirm mine though.

Downloaded in 1 hour 38 minutes and 51 seconds at an average speed of 258 KB/s

So WC owes me 154 KB/s X 1 hour and 38 minutes already.

I'm trying to do the right thing and just download between midnight and 7am, but if ISP's are not going to come to the party then neither am I :)

Three days in and I haven't experienced any issues yet. Was able to stream mid-week soccer in HD, which I was unable to do on Afrihost Business. Haven't seen any buffering on Youtube. My gaming son says his online games have performed much better. I notice sometimes that page loads on MyBB can be sluggish, but i haven't noticed any slowdown on other sites.
 
The Eastern Cape issue is one of those particularly perplexing ones - and it isn't the entirety of the province that is affected - and is related to routing. It is a top priority issue for us - I will know how Jeffrey's Bay is affected tomorrow.

EC still not working.
International and local speeds are stuffed.

I can't do this anymore.
it's been over a month with poor speeds.

Didn't they say they will give you a temporary account if the problem wasn't rectified by the end of last month?

I also seem to be suffering from the same packet loss RoMark pasted; my pathpings are virtually identical, although I'm located in Gauteng. My YouTube performance is also rather poor presently. Been trying to sort through the issue with CW support, but no luck as of yet. Hopefully, since this seems to be a bit more of a general issue, it can get sorted.
 
25% Packet loss to a server hosted in France.
 
Just my 2c here. Switched from 40Mb/s AH business to CW 40Mb/s. Local is great, but suffering with poor international speeds. MJ from support was supposed to get back to me yesterday after numerous tests were conducted with Captain support's assistance.

Streaming is much better than what Ive had in a long time, however cannot max out my line at any given point with downloads. I get the same throughput as a 20Mb/s account.

Please can the international issues be resolved already...
 
Anyone having issues suddenly.. Seems like I have authentication issues
 
Liverpool scored a goal in stutter-free HD! Must be down to CW. On Afrihost Business, Lallana definitely would have missed.
 
I'm also experiencing an infinitely better service since today, 160ms ping to EU, everything else super quick.
