CrystalWeb and WebAfrica down?

Hey guys, I'm on uncapped with Web Africa, have a 1gb trial with both Afrihost and Crystalweb. I'm unable to connect to both WebAfrica and Crystalweb, yet the Afrihost account is working fine... Problem with IS?

There are a few people complaining about webafrica. I have 3 accounts at separate locations all on business. All are running terribly during office hours. They keep blaming telkom. Speedtest website works at full speed but everything else is painful. I will be cancelling all my lines because as far as I am concerned they are lying to their customers. I'll take my R3000 a month somewhere else.
