So I've given in to all the craze. I've seen all the positive reviews and I'm ready to make the next step

I just want your guys opinion on whether I should go for the 4Mbps premium uncapped or the 10Mbps basic uncapped.

This line is gonna be shared with 4 people and it's mainly streaming, downloads and email for the other three where as I game from time to time.

I'm on 10Meg Basic Uncapped and it's amazing ... if Telkom plays along. I don't push it super hard though , do about 150 - 200gb on average.

I'm also considering CW. I'm waiting for the price drops in the coming weeks and also the midnight to 18:00 downloads on capped. It might just be cheaper to go capped and schedule updates and downloadshe in that time and get about 200 gigs cap for the peak time

^ This. Had enough of mweb's shaping in the evening (can't even stream 720p some nights on a 10mb line) and some weird isolated issue on my account. Going for the 10mb premium uncapped :)

Wait a little while for their price drops to be announced this week and you'll be able to make a more informed decision :)

It seems they have only one connection allowed. Is it possible to get more than one connection from them?

What is your available budget after paying for a 10-Meg line? It will probably be a better experience for everyone to buy a capped account somewhere than battle with hitting uncapped FUP's.

Capped I think allows 4. Can't remember which ISP website I saw that but I was mainly browsing CW at AH last weekend

Im on the 4mb premium uncapped with cw. I stream just fine with 3 devices similtaneously, on standard resolution and smart phones connected.

This makes me rethink going to CW

Why? People share way more information on Facebook. Ross Simpson was caravanning at ATKV Drakensville this weekend and posted pics of his hot wife, Petronella Simpson-Visagie. At least I could use his CW account to download some Linux Distro's while they were out.

That wasn't CW's fault. The info was stored by one of their upstream providers, and if I remember correctly I think they ditched them following the hack. All the passwords have since been changed, and presumably CW has stepped up their security just in case.

More scary is that there are still people on there with Gmail accounts that login with those details...

I've just sent an email to a guy from his own account to tell him about it.

How many bets he ignores the mail or doesn't bother? Payslip...tax info...all right there in inbox. Easy identity theft if I was that way inclined.
