Can anyone assist with contact details for Crystalweb? I cant seem to find it on any emails I have received from them or on the website. My ADSL has been down for 3 days and Telkom have confirmed it is not a line fault. I have emailed without response.

Thanks I did try that, I did not get a reply for ages and eventually just quit only to receive a email the next morning that I replied to.

Crystalweb's support and general services seem to be taking a dive for the worse. It should never be this difficult to contact your ISP. I'm seriously reconsidering going back to Afrihost for my ISP solutions.

They don't appear to offer telephonic support. So I was wondering, if your line is with them and it craps out, how do you get hold of CW support to log a fault?

Use your cellphone or tablet with 3G data to post a topic on MyBB asking for help.
