I just signed up for a 4mbps Uncapped package but when I log into the Home Uncapped portal, it shows that I'm on a 90GB Capped account? Usage stats are N/A and it reports no active connection. :erm: What's up with this?

Have you not heard of the "Feedback Thread" or a little thing called "Live Chat" on their site?

Feedback thread has been polluted the last couple of days with bickering from random people. So chances are it might have been missed.

It actually calmed down a lot today, and besides CW are pretty good at replying to everyone in that thread.
