I just signed up for a 4mbps Uncapped package but when I log into the Home Uncapped portal, it shows that I'm on a 90GB Capped account? Usage stats are N/A and it reports no active connection. :erm: What's up with this?

Feedback thread has been polluted the last couple of days with bickering from random people. So chances are it might have been missed.
