Anyone else on EvoNet/CrystalWeb for fiber? Everything seems to be dead including their website. Anyone else experiencing problems with them? And the landline goes to a voicemail.....

Yes, same problem. Any ideas how to get hold of them? Site just came back up, chat was up, but as soon as you log a support query, an offline autoresponse is returned.
 
Same issue, I cannot log a call and the telephonic support goes straight to voice mail so you can leave a message despite their support hours being from 7am - 12am. Getting tired of this half arsed support and service from them. I don't suppose they have a rep on this forum?
 
Their site is now saying its not secure. Are they being attacked again?
 
read an article saying they're bankrupt and owes Telkom something like R3million etc... they're a sinking ship that might have sunk...
 
Was there ever a proper update from DJ/Shaun Kaplan about what happened with Crystal Web? He is a co-founder of both CW and EvoNet.

Things seemed to spiral down so quickly...

Looks like he is banned from reading old threads. Not sure if it changed though. I can't find his account on the member list either.

Crystal Web Fibre - to EVO or not ?

CW/Vuma, still connected with no connection issues. The billing story is dodgy AF though. No way would I change beneficiary details based on the urgings of some dodgy AF, unprofessional emails. The client portal contains zero messages about new bank details and the latest invoice also contains...
mybroadband.co.za mybroadband.co.za

Felt like the end was near.
