Does anybody know of any other african servers that are not sgs or game zone i got banned for a month on sgs on my first day of playing becuase my name was 'bad language'

No there are not any other servers besides a few private servers which pop up every now and again but are usually password protected.

Some of the sgs admins would make very good traffic cops.

If you were banned on sgs, why dont u play on gamezone?

As I said, I really doubt we are hearing the truth as there has never been a person on the SGS CSS servers with the name 'bad language', not even for 1 second.
