I can log onto the net with my pc via my cellphone (Samsung D500) setup as a modem (via bluetooth),which lets me browse, email, etc. Speed of the connection is 9600 bps. How am I billed ? Is it per minute (I have a Talk120 package) or per data usage. 'Basic Data 9600' is one of the enabled services with this package. BTW this is NOT GPRS, which is billed separately. There doesn't seem to be any info on vodacom4me site. Anyone ?

CSD calls use the same infrastructure as a normal voice call so are billed exactly the same - probably per second, while GPRS is billed on usage. And as mentioned by brooko, GPRS can give you speeds of almost 10 x that of CSD, depending on coding scheme used.
