There was a kid in one of the matches earlier, around 15 I guess, sounding really discouraged and sad asking why the bots were so good.

I'm finding competitive tough to get into...my instincts are completely opposite to what I should be doing. I over-peek and take too many fights...I'm much more comfortable playing casual.
Not to mention grenades...I can't throw them to save my life. Literally.

Lol, last week Telkom climbed into my backyard, mended a cable and looped it through my gutter. The cable is hanging onto its wires. Telkom acknowledged that they did it, but nobody told me until I experienced the issue. Why cut the cable?

Nah, I'm too easily irritated when I do not have a consistent gameplay experience. Bitchy team, bad connection, etc.

cable used to run over the roof less than a week ago...
I've experienced heavy packet loss the past week now. Every time I want to play, I have to switch over to LTE.
You are playing rather well. You will eventually get the hold of the Grenades, and start learning all of the tricks.

I live in the Strand, LTE is foreign to us.
is this guy using aim, coz it really looks like it to me with the amount of times he is never on the guy with an awp but still gets the kill

ChunDer MonKey__ is not a hacker. He simply outplayed you on mid. He has a macro on the awp though, but there are no rules against hotkeys. I don't think that he is an regular awper as he struggles on the snaps, but your team gave him easy targets.
Your team lost because they couldn’t play together. No one have a position on A or B, nobody is holding an angle. Nade strats are evidently non-existent. Poor rotation, which is usually due to poor communication.
The player holding B kept on pushing and peeking tunnels, and at times kept on being late at B. He also has a poor aim and reaction, but I don’t blame him here. Skills improve over time and is easily remedied with proper teamwork, pickup frags and using the map to negotiate tango movements.
In my opinion, poor communication is what put your team’s mindset in doubt.
Remember, CT team have a right to camp, it's your one job. ChunDer MonKey__ have to come to you, not the other way around. If he is better than you, play him where he is uncomfortable. Leaving B exposed, put your team at risk and they capitalised on that.

Can someone tell me how to download this? not particularly for this game but for future reference.

Make sure that you are logged into Steam, throw that command into run and it will execute by downloading and running the demo in CSGO. Press Shift + F2 to enable the director mode inside the demo.
