What's a scout? 0.o Is it good? Would a noob be able to use one?

No. This weapon is totally situational. You need to be able to aim, and get your head shots. It is basically a single shot noob cannon, but with many other advantages, speed is king.

When you play Deathmatch you should switch between T and CT, AK and M4A1-S.Aah right. It's ok. I'll stick with my M4 thanks

It was called a Scout in older versions...now it's called the SSG 08. A very useful gun in the right hands and on the right map. Bunny's pretty good with it.
The force buy thing is a competitive question...when your team's economy is low, do you spend what you have (force buy) or save money for a later round? Force buying is risky because it can mess up your economy for longer (more rounds with inferior weapons, no utility) versus saving for a round or two. There is no right or wrong...it's entirely situational.

I will tell you this, you will never learn a weapon without trying it. AWPers are good, because they practise. There are scouters out their which are close to being assassin like, some pro players don’t even buy AWP when they already have a scout. Remember, any scope weapon is accommodated by your secondary, learn to switch your weapons.
Combos you will see,
Deagle, AWP/Scout
Tec-9, AWP/Scout
Five-Seven, AWP/Scout
And some pros opt to go CZ75, AWP/Scout
Rarely you will see the pro’s pull out the noob cannon, but it is still a popular weapon where a single player holds a bomb site.
Also, avoid the SG 553 and AUG as they tend to limit your M4/AK skill level.

I need eye surgery after those spawn flashes! yeah the SSG/scount is useful IF you can get the shots. It's the AWP made in China. stick to the regular guns for now until your aim is on point. then start playing with the sniper rifles etc.

Ok great, I'll give them a crack only later once I'm playing in the 30s with my kills in deathmatches.
One thing I noticed is that the AK is a heavier weapon so running is a lot slower with it compared to with the M4S. That alone made me hate it because it left me more vulnerable. Also although it's supposed to be so great for headshots, I didn't find it more accurate than the M4S - I think it's just the increased recoil makes it harder, so you have to one shot or nothing.
Increased recoil makes it a steeper learning curve, but worth it. I only recently started using it with any great success.
