Actually you get deductions due to blase attitude towards your gear. A QM would shoot you for such lackadaisical concern.

Played a bit of casual yesterday evening...aim was not right but c'est la vie. What time tonight?
Can't play tonight, have a date. 
Been playing using my phone as a hotspot. Works okay but every now and then I get 400ms ping with 20-45% loss. Not sure what causes it, but it's odd. Anyway, okay for casual but wouldn't want to comp on that.

Mice are like DSLR's or something like that...the biggest part of using one successfully is the user. I can't honestly say the new mouse makes me better...but it does feel a heck of a lot nicer in my hand so I can play longer.

Yeah, funnily enough my internet connection came back ... but it seems to be only at 2MB/s for whatever reason. I don't want to query it with Telkom in case they just cancel it again. I still need to bring myself to play, I'm just enjoying relaxing in the evenings. Being headshot all over the place isn't terribly relaxing for me, I'm weird that way. I know I need to get better, but then I also need to just chill out with my wife, so Catch 22 lol.

You will probably beat me 1v1. I have reached a stage where I am over mouse acceleration and it is very evident when testing with laser mice, especially mine. The inconsistency is bleh. The M65 does have its use, great on 4K which I don’t have anyway.Why I have not yet tested my Revenger is due to,
had an outage Friday morning and when services returned, everything is messed up. My local latency is around 120ms and international clocks out over 1000ms. My SNR is also below 6. Yes, when it is not Mweb it is Telkom. How many line issues have I had this year???

Actually there is lot more to mice, a mouse needs to suite its user, so,
a. Shape
b. Buttons
c. Sensor
d. Weight
the order is in relevance to the game type. Shape is the most important as size will dictate your hand grip, a) Palm, B) Claw or C) Fingertip. I will suggest that many look at Zy's reviews as he touch base with FPS suited mice.
Then you have to look at design, mice which are restricted by their cable need a bungee. I have a Razer bungee, the dumbest tool, but best mouse assistant ever made.
Lastly, tracking, a sensor is only as good as the area it is tracking on. No pad is made the same, and no mice tracks the same in design so you will need to acquire a pad best suited to your mouse. That Arena pad that I have linked to, bargain, Zy has a review on it,

All which are small things, but small things add up, and only people serious about gaming should consider expensive equipment, because well the equipment is only as good as its user.
Buying a Zowie mouse will not make you a pro player. Besides, most gamers with G403 mice is average at best
As Prod said, the part that I put in bold, that is what every casual gamer should look into, make your hand happy.

Boet, I don’t like the big city. I still live in Cape Town though since the DA thought it would be great to assimilate the municipalities’ under CoCT, but I am on its border against the lovely Cape Town mountain side and neighbour to the winelands. I considered moving the business to Century City, but I will dread every moment. I will rather hang with my local perlemoen smugglers than city people.

I really don't understand Telkom at times. Had a call with them now, while the issue is still in progress, they told me that the issue is at my ISP's side. They then put me on hold, and 5min later, all my ratings returned to normal...
