CSGO Sticky thread

Some of the chickens yesterday were not that good though, I was surprised when they turned out to be chickens.

Yah, and that gap I’m speaking of is the quality of the players. Supreme and Global are both in the 1% categories. Yesterday’s chickens were bad, and previous good ones happened to be hacking. The friend requests that I’m receiving lately, many chickens, but they only have like 20-40 wins under their belt. It doesn’t make sense though, or it may be the fallout from to the school holiday. Kiddies and their scripts, and students mucking through varsity.

Anyways, MGE next?

Get aimbot Walls also works Make sure it's premium

Or alternatively, aim maps and 128 tick servers for aim, and "prefire maps" to learn common spots.

Guess I better get started on option 2 hey?
so cute...you think you have a choice  :D

Your ticket on the rank train doesn't expire
Lol, I don't want to end up like you. Old, alone, nothing to live for except maybe, just maybe, being carried to my next rank.

I usually play on there for 200 kills before joining a normal DM. I'm starting to get better with the AWP now, but still feel the AK is the best gun, followed by the M4A1

My two favourite guns, I've really been trying to stay honest with these coz they've been so highly recommended here.

Last night I solo-queued for two comps (I was desperate I tell ya) and my proudest moment came from getting an award in one round for killing three of the enemy team with headshots (got four MVPs that comp too). We still lost (my fellow players were more useless than I was) but it was a glimmer of hope in the distance for me :)

So, I made my order, twice in some sense,

I ordered the Logitech G403 (thanks to RJN and its community), and

http://www.rocketjumpninja.com/top-40/

Initially I went with the Sennheiser GAME ZERO, but cancelled the order since ‘another’ read up on the product this morning brought me to the conclusion that its versatility starts and ends with gaming. I need a multi-purpose headphone/set. So, I returned to ordering the Philips SHP9500S + V-MODA BoomPro Microphone, this thanks to Soul.

Also ordered the Logitech G430 as a small replacement to my G910. I am used to the OMRON switches and like them more than the Cherry MX (Red). The G910 is great and all, but it is moerse and consumes my desk pad, and I only really use the macro keys in Diablo 3. The G430 will cater to my FPS needs. In my recommendation, don’t switch switches when you are used to them.

Now I need to wait…

Just on a side note, I ordered the Cougar Revenger in the interim as I only really have laser mice. It is an awesome FPS gaming mouse at its price point, BUT it is a bit heavy. Knowing the Steelseries Rival series well, it is in my opinion better to take the Rival 100 over the Revenger when you are used to a lighter mouse. 100g or less is best suited when you are into FPS gaming as it allows better tracking throughout. I will not take away that the 3360 in the Revenger is hot, it improved my sniping skill tremendously.

RJN's review on the new Steelseries 310s are out,

Welcome to the Prodigy club, Wolf. Don't let us down or we break your mouse hand...and give you a laptop wireless mouse.

I hope the Philips SHP9500 weren't overhyped but I'm sure you did your research and made an educated decision.

I am only glad that I skipped on the Razer Blackadder. I seriously considered the Steelseries Rival 310, but I only want to use one peripheral app, well the Logitech Gaming app since I already have a Logitech keyboard. Overall, the Logitech G403 is very close to the Zowie EC2 series and it is the better option in that sense, a no-brainer when it came down to my choices. I also got used to the Cougar Revenger, and it was way better than my expectations, and was close in keeping it as my main. The problem with the Revenger is it’s click latency (above 200ms) and weight (110g), the G403 comes in at 180ms and 90-100g and have a more optimal sensor.

Anyways, I talked to another CSGO player, this guy is easily in the top 10 when it comes to our local awpers. He is still on the WoW train, but he said that he will play a game with us, he may also invite another player along which is well… you will have to wait and see, when it happens.

The GAME ZERO’s was priced $160 (excl. shipping and duties) on Amazon, but according to many it is not as open as it is advertised. The Sennheiser troupe still suggests a headphone + mic over the GAME ZERO’s to game with. The only reasons I wanted the Sennheiser’s over the Philips’ are the mark down on the price and that the mic is superior to the V-MODA BoomPro. I ordered it, but was still undecided this morning, did a read up where Sennheiser headphones was compared to the Sennheizer headsets, and it is clear that the headsets are still overpriced and poor in quality when compared to the other stable, thus I cancelled since Amazon haven't charged my bank account yet.

So, yah, my only real issue is the V-MODA BoomPro, but I will have to wait and see when it arrives. I have zero experience with the mic…

I am considering to add this later,
