I found the last two-three weeks causal and comp has been rife with wallers and aimers, played comp last weekend, and we rolled over them and then they toggle.So don't know if there is new hacks or stuff out....but I am taking a break....
 
Game is flooded with cheaters at the moment, or new account players with previous banned accounts. Playing SMFC/Global level and its insane. Always the one star hero that owns us. Played a few games against known good clans/players and how the games compare is insane. Granted we get klapped by ATK players etc, but you can feel how they get control with utility and players playing info vs the one star hero that just push through smokes and kill you. They do not have utility knowledge and are just absolute toxic big mouth bots, but you always have that idea they know too much. I hope Valve releases Source 2 with the 10 year CSGO anniversary. The game can be so much fun but of course there will always be dopers in sport and cheaters in esport.

I was actually going to post this morning that I came across cheaters last night. First time in a long time...

And they were blatant! When confronted they laughed it off and said "leave it to overwatch".
 
People still play this old game?

I see Source 2 may indeed come to CSGO, but don't expect much. It is only done to incorporate the latest Source toolkit, and is likely to be introduced as a beta in any case. Mechanically, I doubt the game will change, but the modelling will be enhanced and so will the workshop items.

This opens the odd possibility, seeing current game items being used in a new CS. NFTs done right ;)

Don't trust me on this one.

Regrettably, yes, still playing this game. The usual love hate relationship with counter-strike

I doubt they are in a rush to get a new CS out
 
I just play casual. I don't do comp, too stressful. But I have noticed there are naaiers cheating. But that's all they ever will be, naaiers.

How much of a piece of sh*t must you be to cheat in casual? Anyways, I just play it to have some pointless fun. I bought a lekke skin for my gun the other day so that's lekke adding to the stattrak's on it.

Other than that, it's the flavor of the month. When I get bored I'll afk for like a few years and then come back.
 
Way too many bots in casual with external help at the moment. Not just smurfs. Sure there is discord to keep in mind, but low friend count and steam level. Bot movement, poor crosshair placement, zero ability to use utilities (nades), mostly playing with AWP and scoping in at correct time = I report on steam and in-game. I love comps, but have not played in two or three weeks for the reason of the high number of global/smfc fresh accounts. Last game had spin bots against us, and no bans yet. We all have good trust factor and have been comping 150-500 games together.

weird I comp almost everyday le-smfc and I've probably played against 3 cheaters in the past couple of years. unless i just don't notice since these guys are already so bad that hacks make no difference. griefing has been the real problem for me has definitely gotten worse
 
I have to correct this post, 58 bans in total, one banned player I played 14 games with in total. I read played with as teammates, but it could be a player on either side. The last played with player ban was in December 2021. I haven't played this game since February. 2005 matchmaking games in total.

Hellboi had a good run. Honestly thought he just was that good...

I barely comp on my main as it's global and I'm absolute trash at the game now.

I started playing other games in my library, and my kid is now occupied with my Steam account. I play Ubi titles and Borderlands 3 which I own on Epic. I will play CS, but nobody is asking, so I am not playing.

Hellboi didn't cheat in the beginning, but he got this insane skill boost. I knew the day when he started to boost his account.
