Don't care much for comp, will occasionally play here and there. But meh. Casual is where it is for me and some side chick wingman.....

At the end of the day, CS has an FPS mode for everyone. Except of course, capture the flag/point. Nobody is excluded from drops, unless the player doesn't pay to participate in an Operation.

It is not long until Valve drops an Operation for CS2. Given the game's monetary economy, it is inevitable for an Operation within the next 3–6 months, perhaps in December already.
 
Can't even play the damn game, continuously crashing. Never had issues with GO, or any other game for that matter

Put all your settings on Low, and you should be relatively fine...

Don't know what the **** is going on either...

Currently have a mix of low and medium, but will try all low. Sometimes it just crashes in the main menu, so I can't even get to the settings and I don't have a bad rig at all.

Damn, mine usually crashed randomly when I'd play some Casual...

The one moment I'd check the stats and ping, the next everything freezes and the game crashes...

Highly frustrating... and I can't even close the game when it freezes, ends up crashing my entire pc. Task manager doesn't open, can't alt F4, nothing.

I just checked the specs, it needs a 4 core CPU, 8gig ram and 1gig vram. I think the CPU is holding you back a bit....

You ask any Valve evangelist, and they will tell you that kernel level mode drivers are against the community interest. Valve is invested in machine-learning anti-cheat. Your input matters...

The bullet holes you see are not the same as registered on the server side. The same with the tracers. In CSGO it was the spread which threw sprays with the slightest movement, but in CS2 there is a delay, and it is uncertain whether those hits are registered server side. Valve knows. Those who side with Valve on sub-tick, say it is the input which registers, and that there is nothing more to it. First click, pending on accuracy, will win.

This is how I understand it.
