CSS Question..

Hi, i just bought CSS and i know this must be a noob question but is it possible to connect to the SGS servers without having to connect to steam or must your steam account be connected before you can play CSS or Half-Life??

You can start steam in offline mode that will allow you to play your games locally. Technically you need to be online with steam to play on live servers.

ok thanks, but i've got 1 local account and 1 international account, can steam connect through a local account?

The initial authorization will have go over the international account as the steam auth servers are all overseas. After that I don't really know.
