CTR performance on Google Search results.

I was busy with the review of the month's stats and I was rather concerned about what I thought was a very low CTR%.

Decided to do a Google search on the mean CTR and came up with this link.
I would be interested to hear what others think of the results published in this link.

Are you talking CTR for Adwords or organic search? What's your CTR?

As per subject heading : CTR performance on Google Search results.

I do not expect replies to include actual CTR %. Suffice to say that I thought the results posted in the Link, where surprising low.

The results make sense to me, based on my having watched some generic drones here in the office search for things.
They'll usually perform the search, then just left click the top result. If that fails they'll go back or search again, then click the next link etc until they find what they want (which matches the graphs nicely).

Other people have their own patterns. For example as a developer I'll usually search for something, then open the top 1-N results in new tabs so I can quickly scan/correlate info between them. If I have to I'll open a 2nd batch...but even that will add nicely to the graph stats as is.

The branded search showing the importance of page 2 positions 1 and 2 is pretty interesting though.

Neither do I. I was simply asking what your CTR was, that you assumed it was low.
