Well as a start you need to replace the existing system...not try and attach to it.

Previously where we rented I just plugged the LAN Cudy WiFi mesh cable into the primary router and it worked perfectly plug and play basically but then we moved to a new place and I did the same plugged the Cudy WiFi Mesh into the ISP primary router but I can’t get it to work and I tried to configure it but I couldn’t get it to work

Is there a good reason you not using it as your router?
I have a primary router from the internet service provider but I have a dead spot in my house so I was hoping with the Cudy WiFi mesh to solve the issue but I can’t get the WiFi Mesh configured to my primary router to get internet

Ok, in your rented place, it was most likely not the router, but the ONT you plugged into.

Your current place, most likely its the router you plugged into. Disconnect and connect the mesh directly to the ONT.

Take pics, so that we can properly advise.

See the only router there is that serves as the ONT, is the Huawei router and then this connect to the fibre box with the yellow cable

Hi no because it’s the Cudy Mesh AC1200 WiFi mesh system so there isn’t a router
If fibre, there will be an ONT device, it will have a few lan ports. The router plugs into the ont. The cudy is also a router, hence the conflict.

But my issue is the Cudy WiFi Mesh doesn’t have an Fibre connection and also this is the router that was installed by the Internet service provider, So I’m not sure how I can resolve the Issue ?

I feel the Huawei Router is an all in one by the looks of it.

How is the Huawei router connected to the smaller box, with the yellow lan cable?
That is the Fibre cable please see below where it’s connected to the Router not in a LAN port.

This is my ont, the thin white cable on the top left comes from outside:

The black lan cable goes to my router/mesh. I used to have a normal router, now have a mesh system.

The first mesh which acts as a router, I used the first port for the ONT, and the 2nd is the lan cable to the other mesh unit:

How is your huawei connected to the ONT. Take that lan cable and plug into the cudy. Disconnect the huawei.

Who is the ISP?

The Huawei is connected to the ONT with the Yellow Fibre cable so I can’t disconnect the Huawei else it won’t work ,cool ideas is the ISP I contacted them and they said the couldn’t help me so now I’m trying different avenues

You should be able to just set the Cudy to Bridge mode and connect it to the Huawei with an ethernet cable.
