Virginity testing for girls under the age of 16 was made illegal under the new Children's Act.

Now to wait for Zuma to come out in defense of the testing as a measure to ensure moral standards among the youth and to protect the valuable and unique african culture. Sigh. Flaunting lawbreaking doesn't sound like such a great idea to me.
