Curious, how to mask IP Address?

Need to mask my IP address as a UK one. Have a Mifi device.
How would I do it?

Using a VPN will sort you out in most cases.

Depending on what you need to do a DNS service (like Unotelly) may work just as well and is easier to setup and doesn't affect your speed.

Thanks. I pretty much need to order something online but need the IP Address to reflect for the company to see.
Any tips? I've never done this before except for reading up of this.
Read last night something about inputting IP Address manually?!
