Quite a while ago, I used to have an IS account with Openweb that used OpenBrowse to surf internationally with local bandwidth.
I remember that it wasn't very good. Pages would consistently not load properly etc. Eventually I just got a bigger SAIX account with another ISP. (Openweb didn't do SAIX at that time.)
Have things changed? I'm thinking about getting a 30GB local IS account from them with 192kbps OpenBrowse. I don't want miracles, but will that at least load international pages faster than the average dial-up?
I'm going to change my SAIX account to Openweb anyway, since they're now cheaper than my current ISP. (Webafrica.)
