Is there a way to set the mail recieving so that it will only recieve mail during certain times?
It is such a pain in the butt when it buzzez in the middle of the night, my girlfriend doesn't want to turn the phone off or put it on silent incase the is an emergency.

Just change your profile settings, and turn the message tone & vibrate off.. You can also create a separate profile for the night..

Is she on a work account or personal account?
I think it's possible if she's on a work account she may be able to setup a rule on outlook to receive emails from certain contacts at certain times.

Change profile to have that mailbox on silent alert, kla !
Then change the profile when u wake up. Besides, why the hell are they mailing her in the middle of the night ?

I switch my phone to 'phone calls only' every night. If there's an emergency its gonna b a phone call.
