Curve 9360 Please help

This is not a bad little hand set. Deff better than the Curve 8520 I had. My issue is the little BB sign keeps disappearing so therefore I cant use the internet or anything only whatsapp. Please help me

Saffer, have you got it fixed? I don't have a BB sign anywhere and I still use the web.

When the BB sign disappears it means you don't have data connection.
Please contact your network operator for assistance.
Coverage and connection are determined by them.
