Custom cables

Hi

I'm going to be putting a new PC together shortly, but the cables, especially the ATX power cable, is going to be way too long in my Mini ITX case. Does anyone locally make custom cables?

Otherwise, I've got a Molex crimper in my Amazon cart, and some MiniFit Jr terminals and housings in my RS cart. If anyone's done this before, what do I need to watch out for?
