Hello,
I need to start looking at buying a new laptop. I want the lenovo T440 but need to customize it. I need 16GB ram, 9 cell battery etc. Who can order the customized laptop for me?

Don't buy a Lenovo.It is dodgy quality.My laptop is less than 2 years old and the housing(area that has airvent thingy) on the sides cracked.My laptop refuses to switch on&lenovo claims to not have the part.I am currently using my 5 year old hp laptop without a single issue.
I've had lenovo for many years without issues, I cant say I am that happy with some of the other brands which I've tried.

Have also been using Lenovo for the last few years without any issues. Just recently upgraded to the T540 and very happy with the purchase so far.
