Custom website needed - any freelancers looking for a project?

Hi,

I got an inquiry for a custom website, a CMS type website of sorts. I don't have the capacity right now for it, so if anyone is looking for a project right now, please PM me your email address and I will put you in touch.

All I ask in return for the work you might get from this project is a finders fee of sorts (up to you how much) . I'm not going to draw up an agreement, it's more on good faith and a I scratch your back, you scratch mine goodwill gesture type thing.

Web design is simply moving those pictures around the page and resizing to look pretty?
