Customer service needs direction

In a very competitive market customer service is how you keep customers.
I am highly disappointed in this ISP. Their agents should be trained to provide world class service not 3rd world complacency. In my case it is not the problem that annoys me (BTW 5 days later and still not resolved) its the promises the support staff made. I dealt with 8 different agents all advising me that they will call me back with an update but nobody bothers.
Bottom line its not that the agents are not helpful, they do try, its more how one managers client expectations, you cannot advise that you going to callback and simply not follow up.
I urgently require my problem to be solved to allow me to work remotely, my company is paying for my connection and keeps asking me when am I going live and my feedback is always "tomorrow" as per agents "setting expectation" here is a clear example of "knock on effect" the agents feedback is been provided to my manager who informs his manager and my credibility is lost not Afrihost, as I cannot solve a simple problem of reconnection.

Hoping this correspondence finds favour with the Training Manager and fixes the "broken windows".
