Football Academy Plus is a soccer academy catering for boys and girls aged between 2 - 14 years. We provide specialised training programs which guarantees the skill and social development of each one of our members.
Football Academy Plus is in search of a new full time team member with 2 - 5 years in the customer services industry. This position will be available as of the 15th of April 2015. The successful candidate will need to be based in Johannesburg.
The remuneration for this position could range between R5,000 and R9,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
Football Academy Plus is based in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Travel is not a general requirement for this position, although some travel may be required.

Basis day-to-day requirements the candidate needs to have:
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bare the minimum requirement of a Matric Certificate as well as 2 - 5 years customer service experience. More advanced qualifications would be advantageous.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the necessary proficiencies to fulfil the requirements of responding to client's queries and complaints over the phone and e-mail.
