Hi all,
So I recently ordered some vitamins from the UK which I have ordered before, same vendor, same vitamins (omega 3's), and i received no cutoms duties..however, this time round, I was charged R352.90....R171.23 customs duties and R155.82 VAT and R25.85 clearance fee and the amount for them were £45.99, with the exchange rate at that time working out to R857.
Now I also just received a box of Vitamin D3's I ordered from the US....NO customs duties...
Was I lucky on the previous 2 and the dutys on this last order of Omega 3's correct, or am I being taken for a ride?
