Ehh... What about the 720? Think I'll rather go the downgrade/upgrade route

Installed the Nokia Software Recovery Tool and downloading Cyan (3058.50000.1425.0001) directly.

The issue only affected a small group of users that had updated via non-public update mechanisms. There never was an issue with updating phones with dev preview, MS just played it safe while they investigated if it affects the dev preview as well.

I couldn't update to Cyan via OTA?

They locked it for all phones when they found the issue with those using that encryption program.
Now that they opened up the Preview for Dev users again for Cyan they doing it in stages again. Wait till they announce it for the other phones.
