Anyone running Cyanogen Mod 7 on their Samsung Galaxy S?

Hows the performance and battery life?
Is there anything I should know before trying this out?

Rather do MIUI. It's based on CM7, but with a couple of fixes (and loads of changes) implemented on it. Haven't used the recent versions of MIUI yet, but it really is awesome. The latest version supposedly sorted out a lot of issues and it is quite ready for every-day use.
