Cyber Monday 2020 is here, and a number of South African retailers are running big specials on technology products.

This follows after many local stores ran annual Black Friday specials over the past weekend, offering discounts across a variety of product categories.

Honestly the sales suck. A lot of them are regular prices that was simply. marked up...to now show big savings.

How come when the rand was so much weaker last year the Xbox One S sold for R3799 and suddenly this year it's selling for 5999/6999 (same price as their new console)?

Honestly I wont even bother to buy much tech this year. Would rather wait for a quiet period, fly to Japan and buy it there at a total bargain.
