Cybersmart 4mb uncapped

I'm thinking of moving to a 4mb uncapped line with cybersmart, how good is there service compared to afrihost or other ISPs.
Apparently cybersmart doesn't shape or throttle there lines and only incorperates something called equalization.
I've been on cybersmarts uncapped a few months ago and my experience was horrible, i had inconsisted speeds and couldn't P2P at all.

I tried cybersmart at the beginning of the month cause my line is still with them. And it was horrible. Diablo 3 pings was 1600ms and download speeds were slower than a 384 line. 1 mb uncapped. At least they gave me a full refund. Went with Afrihost and am really very happy. My advice rater go with Afrihost or Mweb. On afrihost uncapped i get 245ms pings to diablo 3 with two people on the line and steam downloads run at full speeds for days on end.

I'm interested in the same product as Kenpachi, but I'm not a gamer, and pings and latency matter less to me than good performance on YouTube and streaming video in general, as well as not-too-restrictive acceptable use policies, thresholding, throttling, etc. Because if these are good, then Cybersmart have currently the best offer in the market for uncapped 4MB ADSL:

-R140 voice line rental
-R413 4meg adsl line rental
-R282 4meg uncapped
Total=R835

That's by far the best deal, as far as I know, and only R27 more expensive than what MWEB currently want for their 2MB uncapped. So, if Cybersmart are OK for general surfing, downloading, uploading, etc. (except gaming), they've got me as a new customer...

I just switched to the 1Mbps uncapped option after being hesitant due to bad feedback, but after just under 2 days of use I have not seen any decrease in speed compared to my previous capped account. But admittedly I have not downloaded any torrents yet. It's still early days though, so I will see how it goes over the next few weeks.
