cybersmart and netflix

Is anybody using this combination? I have a 4Mbits capped line and Netflix keeps on loading every 5 minutes if you try to watch something between 21:00 and 23:00 at night :-(

Try free accounts from Afrihost/Axxess, WebAfrica and OpenWeb. The issue might be with your line or exchange if changing accounts doesn't work.

Can't comment for Cybersmart, but with Afrihost I was only able to get Netflix working properly by switching to an unshaped capped account from uncapped.

I have a 2mbps line on a Incredible Connection 4mbps uncapped special, I have multiple devices and pc connected and there very, very little buffering if any. One of the best ISP's I’ve tried so far, Average speed is +/-1.65mbps.

On Crystal Web (which uses Cybersmart's backbone) and have no buffering with any streaming services that I use - so I'm surprised. When I tested a Cybersmart capped account a while back it was also fine. Have you tested other ISP accounts? Get some free accounts as ashfaak mentioned.
