Cybersmart Cancellation

Hi Guys

Wondering if anyone can help.
I have a Cybersmart adsl account (200 gig) that I wish to cancel.

I called the help desk wanting to cancel and was asked to email [email protected]
Its been two days and still no response from them and im not holding my breath as when I initially took out the account about 3 months ago I had an issue that I emailed through to them....im still waiting for their reply.

So my question is...what next? What can I do to cancel my account if they dont respond to me? Keep paying till the end of time??

Any help is appreciated.

Check that you get an auto-reply with ticket # when you email.

Half the time, that process is broken, so even if you see the email in your 'sent' items, resend it.

Oddly Laurie and crew just attribute it to 'strange' when tickets are not responded to, even though I informed them about this flaw many years ago.

If you did get a ticket #... not sure.
 
Yup, received a ticket #...have always received one, they just never action any request.
I called again awhile ago to confirm they received the cancellation request, said they did and that a someone from the account department will call to confirm the cancellation just before months end...im not holding my breath to be honest.
