Cybersmart e-mail

Does the other Cybersmart subscribers out there also having problems accessing their e-mail? Web based as well as Outlook does not seem to work. Web based returns the following error:
"You have entered an invalid email address and/or password"

Saw just now on their support page that they have had a problem, only some subscribers affected, seems to be working atm.
