A quick thank you to CyberSmart.

I had a problem with my account on Friday, and after emailing them, I received a response within 5 minutes, sorting it out.

You dudes rock!

As a Cybersmart subscriber, every month you are given an amount of data that you can download by surfing the internet or fetching your emails. The amount given to you is measured in terms of Gigabytes (Gigs) and you are allowed to use 3 Gigs per month. On our normal service any portion of your allowance that you don't use during the month cannot be used in any month after.

Cybersmart has now introduced a revolutionary new concept we like to call CapSaver to help you save your unused Gigs for the months that you may need them. We are the only Internet Service Provider to offer a service like this !

By using CapSaver, you deposit your unused data into your very own "Giggy Bank" which is safely stored there until you need it. Because at Cybersmart, we know that each of you are different, we have created 3 different "Giggy Banks" each with their own maximum saving capacity.

not bad

-seems they are worth a check out ;)

I love how a positive thread receives no attention, but when we moan, there are like 3000 posts.

but this brings me back to my original question if cybersmart can for R60 more do a roll over of data more or less why can we have it on all the packages from isps ?

Pre paid ADSL - How exactly ?

i really wouldn't be surprise if your bandwith we don't use some how get recycled and resold as XDSL has put it

ISP's only pay Telkom for what actually gets used.
