Cybersmart mail servers

Hi

Does anybody know if there are issues with the Cybersmart mail servers ? Since about the 18th of Feb, I cannot receive any mail. I can send, however. I also cannot find any link to a web mail service. The link that I have (which worked) takes me to the main website. Also there is no support ? No answer on the phone and the submit ticket on the website says : "No support departments found. Try again later" ??

Move your mail to a dedicated mail service like Gmail or outlook etc..

ISPs out zero effort into their mail service, so they couldn't give a flying f what errors you are having with their mail service..
