What P2P speeds could I expect from a Cybersmart 192 connection?
 
maximum download i got on emule was 15kb/s and maximum upload was 16kb/s
 
You get the same speeds on all SAIX re-seller ISP accounts. The speed is dependent on your line. This is what I've experienced anyway.
