Anyone having speed issues after the upgrades in beginning January.

I'm on the 4Mb home uncapped account.

I'm having speed issues of some sort:
1) Dropbox won't connect reliabiliy: get ""can't establish a secure connection" 90% of the time
2) AVG takes forever to update a typical 30kB file
3) Microsoft update time-out after about 20 minutes even before downloading anything

I have disabled all firewalls, antivirus and have no proxies.

Cybersmart just keep telling me there is nothing wrong!

What to do?:mad: If there's a Cybersmart representative around here please help.

Email sent to Cybersmart...... Still no response from them... Make one think hmmm.

Shame here. My 1Meg Uncapped performed better :(
Price went up and speeds went down

I've just signed up for the 2mbps home uncapped and so far have had unusable internet

I having the same problems since the upgrade or 'promotion' as Cybersmart calls it. my latency has been jumping up and down since the beginning of Jan. This morning I sent them a email to cancel the service because of it being inadequate although it was always perfect. I've been a customer for 5 years and none of their technicians want to sort it out, they also just say that it's not their problem.

Cybersmart has a very poor customer service.

They even told me I must go over to a capped account to TRY and sort out the problem. I have a 1 meg business account with them at the moment

I'm currently in changing to openweb 2meg gold uncapped.

Any input about Openweb's service?

My business uncapped has been running perfectly stable.

Only issue is that I pay for uncapped 4mbps but lately I need only 50gb.

I could move to a 100gb account but currently the price is similar and no issues gaming on the business uncapped.

I have 9x 10mbps uncapped and all of them are unusable. 5kb/sec is the best i get out of them.

I use Openweb at home and have never experienced any problems.
